1 week since immigration said will send COE

I called immigration one week ago, they said they will prepare the letter and send me soon.
I have not received anything yet.
Is that something to be worried about?
Or immigration might be busy?
I am worried.

if you go to the website it is stated it can take up to 3 months.
If you are worried call or visit immigration

I have called one week ago.
I know that it can be up to 3 months, but as last week they said they will send me soon because the prprocedure ended already, but I have received nothing as of now.
I do not know if it's normal or worrying.

nobody knows, if they say one week, maybe a mistake in saying, understanding.
If you are worried call them again and tell them what you are posting here.
