Hi everybody, so the question is this, I have a GPA of approximately 3 (I donft really know since Ifm from Argentina and Ifm trying to convert my grades the best I can), is it too low to apply for the scholarship?

I do not believe there is a grade requirement to apply. Ask the embassy.
