Hakone Kamakura Free Pass: for student visa?

Hi,
This weekend I'm doing a 3 day-trip from Tokyo to Kamakura (1 day) and Hakone (2 days, 2 nights) and I'm wondering if the Hakone Kamakura Free Pass is available for purchase for people on a 6 months student visa? On the Odakyu website, it's written that it is "a pass for tourists" and considering people with student visas can't use the JR pass, I was wondering if it was the same for the Hakone Kamakura pass.
Does anyone have any experience getting a pass on such a visa? And is the pass worth it?
