Earliest I can get COE?

I am an Indian and is going to move to Japan. In regard with that, I would need Certificate of Eligibility, which my employer might be filing for me. Do you know when is the earliest I can get the COE after applying for COE.

Many questions about this topic have been asked in this forum.
It is case by case but normally 3 months, but sometimes it can take longer or it will be faster.
All you can do is wait and if you did not receive any information after 3 months you can contact immigration for a status request.

I get mine (Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/Int'lServices) in just one week, though my lawyer told me the process is usually 1-3 month.
