RWC 2019 - Special JR Pass for fans?

From the 20th of September to the 2nd November 2019 Japan will host the Rugby World Cup tournament.
As the stadiums are scattered across the country is there a plan for Japan Railways to issue a specific pass for the length of the tournament ? (6 weeks)

There is no need for JR to issue a six week pass - if you need six weeks, get two three week passes.
