Hi,
I want to check it is ok to travel Japan considering the recent flooding and evacuations?
Are transport links and tourist sites affected?
I am gravelly July 18th for 2 weeks to Kyoto, Osaka, Tokyo, Mount Kyosan and Fuji Rock festival?

Some lines are affected, but not the ones on your list. People are still travelling this week.
