Translating address

Hi
Wanting to send a package to Japan, Could somebody please help with translating the address so it will get there safely, Think I have it but want to make sure.
nisato, hirosaki, aomori prefecture, 036-8083, japan
Obviously not posted Name or number here and think they go last after the above.

When we write the address in alphabets, the standard way is to write starting from the smallest unit first, so the house number comes first, followed by the town name (Nisato), city name (Hirosaki), prefecture name (Aomori), then postal code, country.
(Name of recipient) X-XX-XX Nisato, Hirosaki-shi, Aomori, 036-8083 Japan
