We r two .n tht is my dream to see japan .as we hv hollyday in january is it interesting to visit it in winter in january?

Yes. Before I moved to Japan I did some trips during January as a tourist and it was a nice time of year to visit. More recently have run some very enjoyable tours across New Year and in January for people. The bonus for some is snow in some places (not usually much in Tokyo or Kyoto), but it can be cold and daylight hours can be pretty short.
