Luggage storage at Rinku Town

Hi. Would like to seek some advice about luggage storage on a Tuesday afternoon. We will be getting the Rinku Premium Outlet Stopover Ticket so travelling from KIX to Rinku for shopping before getting back to the station to continue to Namba. I think storing our 2 large luggage at the station is more convenient but I wonder if there are plenty of lockers there and if they are easy to find. Also, are they coin operated or manned? I saw online it costs 500yen for 1 large locker. Thank you.
