Trouble With Putting Shipping Address Online

Hello Japan-Guide,

So I'm trying to fill out this address part in my account on the addias.jp website
I got everything down, except the address part, it keeps telling giving me this
"Please enter the address from the prefecture name."

This is an example of what I was putting

4-31-5 Ryogoku, Sumida-ku
Tokyo-to 130-0026

Any help would be much appreciated

Have you been entering the address in Japanese or romaji?
In Japanese there should be one separate field for the zip code and then you start from the prefecture. Ie something like “Œ‹ž“s`‹ζ•lΌ’¬2[1[1 All in the first line an the apartment number, building name in the second line.

(And yes I know Tokyo is technically speaking not a Prefecture but that doesnft really matter here)

Hope this helps! (Btw, Google Maps should be able to show you your complete address in Japanese if you donft know it, so you can copy paste)
