Is the transit time sufficient? 2018/8/6 16:45
Hi, I have a flight that arrives at Narita airport at 7.20am, however, i'm planning to use another airline to fly from Narita to Kansai Airport which departs at 9.40am. Will 2 hours and 20 minutes be sufficient for me to clear the immigration lines, retrieve my luggage from the previous flight, then check in again with the other airline, go through immigration again and still make the flight?

Should be fine. As the second flight is internal you won't need immigration again. However I would still make sure I knew exactly where I was going beforehand.

Do take into account that the airline flying into Japan may get delayed, and it does happen, it did on my last visit to Japan through Haneda about 1.5hrs, and it messed up my plan. so plan ahead.
