Fuji Five Lakes buses

I'd like to stay in the Fuji Five Lakes area, but I cannot drive in Japan.
I am interested in biking around the different lakes.
I'd also like to hike Aokigahara and visit the caves.
Is there a good bus system?
If so, can you recommend websites?
