Hi about to head over to japan for the first time and want to see as much as possible. Hoping someone can help put this into a viable working itinary for me

sat arrive nurita airport trains/ bus to shinjuku

Sunday whole day exploring akihabara

onMonday one day bus tour of tokyo.

these are the things I want to do but unsure how it will fit into a viable itinary

suginami animation museum
robot cafe
hedgehog cafe
hello kitty bullet train
mario karts
traditional dress ups yumenoya
hello kitty store
tsukiji fish market
pokemon centres/ strore
nakano broadway
diver city tokyo plaza
one piece tower/base tplyo tower
j-world tokyo in sunshine city

Any other must do/see?

The Hello Kitty shinkansen operates between Shin-Osaka in Osaka and Hakata station in Fukuoka. That is western Japan. It doesn't run every day and only once a day in either direction though September.
