Becoming surgeon in Japan possible?

Ifve been thinking of moving to Japan after I finish med school here in Canada and I was wondering if I can get job as a orthopaedic surgeon in Japan? Is it really hard to become a surgeon in Japan if you are a foreigner? If so, is it worth the time and effort? Is the salary the same for surgeons there as it is in Canada?
