Does Resort Shirakami operate on 28-29 Oct?

Hello,
I've planned a trip based on the information from Hyperdia to visit Shirakami area. However, when the time is near, all the information is gone. There is no more Resort Shirakami schedule!
Could anyone give me the schedule or tell me whether I could use this service on 28-29 October?
Should I still visit there or should I just change the plan?
I found that there is a number of the same problem in the past, but the link is no longer available or is not updated.
I would appreciate any suggestion.

I've only used it in the summer period before - most recently June, but also July and September. Out side of those times (October) you may have to either wait for an update to the timetable or use local trains. The operating schedule is published by JR East - note all of those train schedules only run to the end of September. https://www.jreast.co.jp/e/joyful/pdf/timetable_joyful.pdf
