Vanilla air booking during Feb-Mar 19?

I have a plan to fly NRT to CTS on late Feb 2019 and after googling for a while so Vanilla air is my choice in many way. Jetstar already open to book that period now but a number of bad experience sharing , so Jetstar is not my choice. and I prefer to fly with domestic budget airline, ANA, JAL are not in mind too. If anyone know, please share. Thank you in advance.

The low cost carriers from memory only allow bookings a certain time frame in advance.
