Hi all,

I am currently planning a Japan trip for March 2019.

Basic plan at the moment is Tokyo-Sendai-Kyoto-Tokyo over 13 nights. 15th March- 28th March

It is both mine and my wifes 30th Birthday while we are in Japan and i'm looking to do something special for hers.

We will be in Tohoku for her birthday and I was thinking of staying at a nice ryokan with private baths etc. Any suggestions?

Also any very good restaurant suggestions?
