Koriyama to Nagano via Hakone and Nagoya

We have 8 days to explore mid Feb in between skiing in Alts Bandai-Fukushima prefecture and Madarao in the Nagano Prefecture
Our very flexible plan is to do a loop from Tokyo through to Nagano/Iiyama. However, we would love any suggestions about side trips or alternate destinations or overnight stops eg Takayama
Depart Koriyama - 2 nights Tokyo.
1 night Kamakura Area using the Hakone/ Kamakura Pass
2 nights Hakone area
2 or 3 nights Nagoya and/or possibly 1 night Takayama
Head to Nagano area
