Substitute bus at KIX airport

Has anybody first-hand experience with the substitute bus service at KIX airport? How much time do we have to schedule for the transfer between Rinku town and the airport? Is the capacity sufficient to deal with the passenger numbers or are there queues? What is the time schedule?
Unfortunately the KIX website is very blurry and provides almost no details, which seems to be very Unjapanese...

shuttle bus from KIX to Rinku-town,
from 6:30 to 8:00, every 30 min.
from 8:00 to 23:00, every 4 to 8 min.
the last bus is 23:15.
I think it takes maybe 15 min, depending on traffic conditions.

Thanks for sharing the useful information. Just to clarify, there are two columns in the source that you provided. May I know which column represents KIX to Rinku Town and which column is Rinku Town to KIX?

new information about trains from today's newspaper. the railway between KIX and Rinku town will be reopen from around Sep. 21, if there are no serious damages. I think, once the trains run, those shuttle buses will not be operated.
