A pass is unlikely to pay off. Instead, I recommend to use an IC card, such as Suica or Pasmo and plan your days in a geographically wise way.

Thank you for replying quickly. Would there be a train going to narita airport from ryogoku sumida-ku area where i can use suica card? What line would that be? I'm arranging my itinerary and transport arrangement.

Off the top of my head the Keisei Sky Access from Nihonbashi to Narita would be the easiest way. Assuming you are not on the eastern edge of Sumida

the Keisei Sky Access from Nihonbashi to Narita
"Keisei Sky Access" here refers to Access Express. Nihombashi Station mentioned here is not a Keisei station but a station on the Toei Subway Asakusa Line. (Another subway station of the same name is on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line.)
Many eastbound trains on the Toei Subway Asakusa Line continue beyond Oshiage Station onto Keisei and go to Narita Airport Station in NRT Terminal 1.
Keisei uses two similar names.
"Narita SKY ACCESS" is a nickname for one of the two Keisei routes which connect (Keisei) Takasago Station and Narita Airport Station. "Access Express" is a name of Keisei train service.
Confusingly Access Express trains go also outside the Narita SKY ACCESS, and there are a few routes depending on trains.

Where in Chiba will you travel to? "Chiba" is a name both of the prefecture and of the city.

Probably there is no direct train. Do you know a station near your starting point in Ryogoku area? Sumida is a city among so-called the Tokyo 23 ward cities [city wards].
You can use a Suica card for your way to NRT by rail. Some fast train services require a surcharge in addition to the basic fare. To take such a train, you cannot go only with your Suica card; you pay the surcharge and (usually) purchase your ticket.
Have you checked whether you can fly out from Haneda Airport [HND]?

Would there be a train going to narita airport from ryogoku sumida-ku area where i can use suica card? From Ryogoku using JR/SUICA there is one transfer required, and it can be done at the next station along the line (Kinshicho). I've done it before, it was a pretty painless transfer (same platform) - you get the JR Sobu Line Rapid Service for Narita Airport.

it was a pretty painless transfer (same platform)This Kinshicho transfer is not completed on the same platform. You get off an eastbound Local train, change platforms (via the concourse on the different floor), and get on a Rapid train for Narita Airport. (The same applies to any Sobu Line station beyond Kinshicho before Chiba where both Local and Rapid trains make a stop.) - JR-East: map (in Japanese) of Kinshicho Station http://www.jreast.co.jp/estation/stations/609.html: Tracks 1 and 2 are for Local trains. : Tracks 3 and 4 are for Rapid trains. This transfer, from a Local train on Track 2 to a Rapid train on Track 4, requires about 10 minutes (including time for waiting).

Narita Airport has three terminals.
In which terminal and by what time are you expected to be at the boarding gate?
The JR | Keisei station in NRT Terminal 2 is on your way to the station in Terminal 1. To get to NRT Terminal 3, you go by direct bus or, you first go by railway until Terminal 2 then walk or take a bus connecting the terminals.
How long would it take if i take thisroute to narita airport?
When you know the departure time of your Rapid train, the route to the JR station in Terminal 1 takes about 1 hour and 35 to 45 minutes.
At Kinshicho Station, JR Rapid trains for Narita Airport are not frequently available.
In these Rapid trains, seats cannot be reserved. Also, these trains start from stations on the Yokosuka Line (including Tokyo Station, where Yokosuka (Local) and Sobu (Rapid) Lines are jointed).
JR Narita Express trains, where seats can be reserved, skip Kinshicho Station.

You might hope to travel by the following route, which takes about 1 hour and 10 to 20 minutes, mainly by Keisei Skyliner. Seats in Skyliner trains require reservation. Ryogoku (JB21) | JR (Chuo-)Sobu Line | : Local train for Nakano or Mitaka Track 5: Akihabara (AKB; JB19, JY03): Track 2 https://www.jreast.co.jp/e/stations/e41.html| JR Yamanote Linefs (Inner Loop) Track 11: Nippori (NPR; JY07) : JR - Keisei Transfer Gate https://www.jreast.co.jp/e/stations/e1184.htmlNippori | Keisei lines: Skyliner Narita Airport (Terminal 1). Kinshicho Station (JB22,JO22) is at the branch point on the Sobu Line. Ryogoku Station (JB21) and Akihabara Station (AKB; JB19, JY03) are on Sobu Linefs leg for Local trains only. - JR-East: route map around Tokyo Station https://www.jreast.co.jp/e/downloads/pdf/numbering_e.pdf: Also subway lines and a few other lines are shown in this map.

This Kinshicho transfer is not completed on the same platform.
It was a while ago since I last did it, but it was still pretty painless - and it was an easy route to the airport. I don't remember all of the platforms for all of the train stations I use across the country. There are quite a few.
