9D8N Trip to Japan Trip Queries

We are expected to arrive at Narita Airport at 8AM on 2nd March 2019 and depart from Narita Airport at 10AM on 10th March 2019.
We are planning to buy JR 7 day pass.
Our trip will cover Kyoto,Osaka,Nara,Gala Yuzawa and Tokyo

Upon arrival at Narita Airport, we will directly go to Tokyo Station and depart to Kyoto
We are expected to reach Kyoto at noon.
We plan to cover Kyoto, Osaka and Nara for 5D4N (from 2nd March 2019 - 6th March 2019)
We plan to make Kyoto as our base for Kansai region
Can you suggest a moderate itinerary which can cover the 3 region.
Does the JR 7 day pass cover all public transport around the tourist attraction in Kansai region.

We will depart to Tokyo via shinkansen in the afternoon on 6th March 2019 and spend the remaining days by travelling to Gala Yuzawa on 7th March 2019 and explore Tokyo.

Since our flight on 10/03/2019 to leave Japan via Narita Airport is early morning, what is the earliest train / metro that go the Narita Airport.

A JR pass covers very little tourist attraction in Kyoto.

Since it is march and you have 9 days. I would omit yuzawa gala.

Train start at 5am. So no issues getting to Narita by 10am.
