Hi
We are traveling to Sapporo and Otaru from 22nd sp to 27th Sep 2018. Can you tell :
1) what is the Temperature range?
2) How much a taxi ride costs per KM?
3) Is there any pass which we can use to visit tourist spots and also use local public transport?
4) How to book a visit to Blue Caves in Otaru and what does it costs?

1) I think you should to read the fall foliage reports on japan guide from last year, I believe sept and oct are the months of fall season in Hokkaido and if you'll be there it's a must see.
3) You could buy JR Hokkaido Pass. Search japan rail pass, there are lots of legit websites that offer regional passes. Enjoy!!!
