If I book and pay for Bus from Tokyo to Takayama on Willer website, do I still need to make reservation for a seat on the bus. Also, should I wait until I'm in Tokyo or do they get crowded/full.

Look at the top of this page.
Click on Plan a Trip
Click on Transportation
Click on Willer Bus.
