Minoo Park Hike: Is Waterfall Accessible?

Hi,

I know parts of the trail to the Minoo Waterfall were damaged by typhoon, and that it's not possible to easily reach the waterfall via the main road, but I also read that it's possible to bypass the main road and access the waterfall using hiking trails. Can anyone confirm this? And if so, how easy / difficult is that trail?

I'd love to do this hike during my time in Osaka.

H, Kevin. I am living in the city next to Minoo-shi.
The hiking trails to the waterfall are still closed.(2018/09/27)
They don't know exactly when it becomes acceccble.
There seems to be lots of fallen trees on the trails. I think it's going to take for a while.

I will be visit minoo park and the waterfall, do you know if it will be accessible in mid November, or is there alternative path to access the waterfall.
