Timetable of Susukino district

I am going to Sapporo next November and visiting Susukino. I want to know if there is any hour from is not worth visiting this area. I mean, I do not know if everything is closed from an early hour or not. I only want to wander around and maybe enter some shops or restaurants, so it would be useful if somebody knows until what hour shops and restaurants are open.

most of restaurants and bars in susukino are open from 6pm. some provide happy hours around 5pm. The main place is lit up in the night. they stay open until late at night. https://gurunavi.comenjoy !
