Hi,
Is the 2-day pass can be used on unconsecutive days?
I'm asking because at 'surutto.com' just shows example for 3-day pass only.

I think you mean Kansai Thru Pass.

The Pass can be used on unconsecutive days during its period of validity (example: Mon, Wed and Fri in the case of a 3-day ticket)

Of course in the case of 2-day ticket, you can use it on non-consecutive days.
