Narita airport to Ueno Station 2018/10/4 11:15
Hi , Yeap here from Malaysia . I will visit japan on December and plan to buy JR Rail Pass . Have some question need to double confirm , please get some help from here . Thankyou so munch .

Narita airport to Ueno Station ( by JR Rail Pass )
1. Skyliner not include in JR Rail Pass right ?
2. Do have Narita Express to Ueno Station ?
3. Hibiya line & Ginza line & Rinkai line &Yurikamome line is not include in JR Rail Pass right ?

I planning take Narita Express to Tokyo Station then taking Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Ueno Station because luggage concern . This way both train will include in JR Rail Pass right ?

if you are only visiting tokyo only, just grab a suica/pasmo card or a metro day pass(non JR lines).
you can use google maps to estimate your trip cost.

for narita to ueno just take the keisei line. saving you the hassle of needing to transfer train with luggage

Which JR PASS will buy? (You can paste the PASS url here.)
BC can not answer Q3 unless you tell me the name of the PASS.
Q1 is "Y", Q2 is "N". (explain later)

When is the time to depart NRT?
However, you can check the fare without discount here.
http://www.hyperdia.com/en/
Click "More options" first, then uncheck "Private Railway".
NRT has 3 terminal buildings(T1 to T3) but 2 rail stations,
but you can search not only the station name but also the terminal name.
https://www.narita-airport.jp/en/sitemap
The answer of Q2 is here, see the rail map.
https://www.narita-airport.jp/en/access/train/

And it is worthless to take Shinkansen btw Tokyo and Ueno station.
The reason is that it takes time to transfer at Tokyo station
and Shinkansen platform of Ueno is deep underground so it also takes time to leave the station.
If not in weekdays morning and evening rush hour,
take a regular commuter train (no reservation seat) of JR enough.

But again, can not check about you have to it or not without telling the name of PASS.

@hakata14
If "JR TOKYO Wide Pass", only "Rinkai line" covered, so "all No" is not correct.

@gnuix
Google maps can not select only "JR" line or not.
