From Imabari Station there is a bus going to Kameyama. The schedule for Sundays and holidays is: 10.12-10.45, 11.12-11.45, 12.42-13.15, 18.33-19.08. There is an additional morning run during weekdays at 6.58-7.21. But note that from Kameyama bus stop it is still more than an hour walk to Kirosantenbo Park. https://goo.gl/maps/6DjTyCuy1Kp

Thank you very much for your help. According to the long walking distance from the bus stop, looks like it will be better to take the cab from Imabari station.
