Minakami onsen, which one?

On the way back to Tokyo from Itoigawa, we will be passing Gunma. We want to stop by at Oze Marshland, then stay overnight at one of the onsen town in Minakami before reaching Tokyo.
Which of the following onsen would you recommend, if we had to pick just one:
1. Manza Onsen
2. Takaragawa Onsen
3. Hoshi Onsen
4. Tanigawa Onsen
