Teine English speaking instructors?

Hi all. Planning to go to Teine with my family when we are in Sapporo this December. I have been trying to find out if the instructors at either the Olympia or Highland. We do not speak Japanese, so we are wondering if there are English-speaking instructors. I had left an enquiry on the website, but so far (after 1 week) I have not received any reply. Would really appreciate anyone's help in this. The other alternative would be for us to try to get to Furano, but that's kinda far.

Sorry for the trouble, but I do have a few more questions. I noticed that the fees for lessons at Teine includes rental of equipment and ski clothes. May I know if the fees for lessons at Kokusai also includes the rental of equipment & clothings, as well as the lift passes? I need to know so as to factor the costs into the total cost of the trip. Thank you very much.

The website clearly states what is included.

Sorry. I didn't make myself clear. I was wondering if the Kokusai Ski Resort offers the rental of equipment, skis and clothes, as well as the lift passes in the lesson fees. I know that Teine offers that.
