Want to rent a bike in Kyoto?

1. I read and and found out Emusica Bike Rental shop is quite cheap in Kyoto. Could anyone used their service give me some comment?
2. I have to leave kyoto on November 23th and comeback on morning of 24th. Do anyone know somewhere i can park bike overnight near Kyoto Station and how much?
