Three-star route Shinjuku ticket

we are two travellers and will be in Japan from 2 to 16 February 2019.
We will be in Kanazawa on the 10th of February and would like to go from there to Shirakawa-Go/ Takayama/Hirayu Onsen/Tokyo Shinjuku.
Someone knows if it is possible to use the three-star route Shinjuku ticket the other way around? We would like to take it from Kanazawa (passing through Takayama, Hirayu Onsen to Tokyo Shinjuku) but on the website, there is only the option from Tokyo.
2. Can we skip Matsumoto and go directly from Hirayu Onsen to Tokyo?

If you check Hokuriku Tetsudo website you will find only Kanazawa to Shinjuku route :). http://www.hokutetsu.co.jp/highway-bus/mitsuboshi-route-kip Can we skip Matsumoto and go directly from Hirayu Onsen to Tokyo?I am not sure but I am afraid you must stop at Matsumoto. Ask when you buy the ticket in Kanazawa.
