Book night Hakuba Sanso Lodge Mt Shirouma?

Hello,

Seasoned traveler, but having a hard time locating a web site, phone number to book either lodge for a one night stay mid July 2019. Would prefer Hakuba Sanso Lodge...

The plan is to stay outside of Hakuba, in AM park the rental car at Sarukura Lodge, stop at Hakubairi Lodge for crampons and check conditions before Daisekki then up to Mt. Shirouma, dinner and sleep at the Hakuba Sanso Lodge and come by down by Mt, Yarigatake, stop at the Hokuba yari onsen and then off to Takayama for the night.

I think most of the lodges might have already closed for the year. But even the ones that are open are not going to be taking bookings this early for next year. You'll want to start trying to book things in mid to late April I would think. I had no problem in March booking a cabin in Kamikochi for June. I did need to do it via email.

I suspect you just use the email address at the bottom of the English page to book and send along an email saying your intended date and your party size. You can also call the # in Japan listed, but I would recommend emailing unless you are fluent in Japanese.
