Will be visiting Japan on March 2019 and will be touring around nagasaki, takeo-saga and fukuoka area. Any place where I can buy cactus and succulent within the those area? Thanks for your reply.

Japan is not a dry country. Those plants would be uber rare in Japan.

What a bizarre answer! I've seen succulents and cacti for sale in many garden-supply stores around the country, and even in variety shops like Tokyu Hands. Here are a few places in Fukuoka to get you started: https://a-t-g.jp/fukuoka-indoorplants-shop-7724(Unless they're a gift for someone living in Japan, you might want to check the rules for importing plants and agricultural products if you were planning to bring them to another country.)

Umami Dearest is right, you have to check the procedure for import and export, some plants are not allowed to leave Japan, or enter another country.
