No, only btw ticket gate floor(B1F) and platform(B5F, deep underground).

But next lines, BakuroYokoyama stn(Toei Shinjuku line) and Higashi-Nihombashi stn(Toei Asakusa line) have.

Exit No. A4 and B1 are so.

"Toei" is one of subway(underground railway) company in center wards of Tokyo,
other one is "Tokyo Metro", called "Metro" as subway company name nick.
JR is not subway company, just around Bakurocho stn section passes underground.

Bakuroyokoyama station on the Toei Shinjuku line has an elevator, and it is attached to JR Bakurocho station underground, but I can't remember whether there are any stairs between the two underground stations or if they're on the exact same level.

This map makes it look like they're on the same level: https://www.kotsu.metro.tokyo.jp/eng/services/subway/stations/bakuro-y...

Just a follow-up - there are no stairs between the JR station and the Shinjuku-line station, just a gentle ramp. The elevator is a bit of a walk (underground) from the JR station though - maybe four minutes or so.
