I presume you mean Narita International Airport.
You can either take the Narita Express to Tokyo Station, and transfer to the
Yamanote Line and exit at Tamachi Station, and walk 5 mins to the APA, which is above the Mita exit (West)
You can take the Limousine bus to Prince Park Tower Hotel, then walk 1km to APA or catch a taxi to APA.
