I'm going to Sapporo with below itinerary :

first day city tour in Sapporo
second day day trip to Asahikawa
third day day trip to Otaru
fourth day day trip to Noboribetsu
fifth day move to Hakodate and city tour in it
sixth day move to Tokyo

is Hokkaido rail pass worth it?

thank you in advance for all your replies.

The Hokkaido pass does not cover Tokyo. But the jr east south pass will but not Asahikawa or Otaru.
You can calculate fares using hyperdia.com to determine if the pass pays off.
Refer below to see coverage and cost of pass.

The above pass is perfect for you, and definitely worth it. You can use the pass for the return trip from Tokyo.

I read that JR east south Hokkaido pass doesn't cover Asahikawa, what if I buy JR pass 7 days? do you think JR pass 7 days more worth it than JR east south Hokkaido pass?
