Shinanoki to Hakone Yumoto by car

Hi, i have a romance rail at 9.45am depart from Hakone Yumoto station to Shinjuku.
I am staying at Shinanoki and planning to travel by taxi since I have a big group and luggage.
What time do you think I need to leave Shinanoki? Is 8.45am ok?
Also, how much will the taxi fare be?

I guess it is Shinanoki Ichinoyu. According to Googlemaps, it is 11.8 km, 20 min. Taxisite tells it will cost 4600 yen per car accommodating 4 persons. I think 40 min before the train departure is enough.
