Bus to Ginzan onsen on New year day?

Our family are planing to Ginzan onsen on 1 Jan 2019, and we are wondering about the bus timetable. According to this text 土：土曜日運休 日：日曜祝祭日運休 年：１２／３１〜１／３運休 母：母袋経由 快：快速 Are the buses from Oishida station to Ginzan onsen available in that day (1 Jan 2019)?

The buses marked with 年 will not be running. The others are ok.
