Which pass for Kyoto, Kiso Valley, Tokyo?

Hi There,
I am planning a route from Osaka - Kyoto - Magome/Tsumago - Narai - Tokyo. May I know which pass should I buy, probably not considering JR pass due to the cost.

Yes - single tickets.
As you are going between boundaries of the different JR companies, normally the only pass that applies would be the national JR pass, but you had already ruled that out.
