Last day of "Temporary visitor " 2018/12/12 08:57
Hello.

I'm from Latvia, so i need to do a visa for stay in country 90 days. In the airport immigration inspector just put a sticker inside my passport.
For example this picture of visa

Until 26 November. It's mean, i need to fly away from Japan 25 November? Or i can make it 26 November?

The date mentioned on 'UNTIL' in Landing Permission sticker is the last date you can stay in Japan.
So in the case of the picture you linked, allowed to stay in Japan until 26 Nov.

Last day is the date shown on the sticker. If your flight is after midnight, as long as you are through immigration on the date specified, you are ok.
The 90-day permit actually covers 91 days, your arrival day is not counted (for some obscure reason).
