If I were to guess, these things may be sold when equipment "retires" from the company as commemorative pieces. I can imagine it is quite difficult to research on the internet without knowledge of Japanese. Those "in the know" would be dedicated clubs of fans of trains, buses, airplanes, depending on the pieces in question. I am sure the availability is quite scarce and they may fetch a high price at "auctions". This is my personal opinion and nothing is based on fact, but speculation. It is just what I think, based entirely on observation through the years. I am sorry I cannot be any more helpful, but I wanted to give my opinion that it may be very difficult to obtain. I hope you do find them!

Those buttons look pretty old. That makes me believe they were surplused when an old bus was decommissioned. Newer buttons have a more integrated design, and announce “stop requested” in Japanese instead of just a beep. Here is a sample page from Yahoo Auction site for railroad related items: https://auctions.yahoo.co.jp/category/list/廃品-放出品-鉄道-ホビー-カルチャー-オークション/2084007710/?p=廃品、放出品&tab_ex=commerce
