Does bus Hirogawara to Kofu pick up at Narada

I read and enjoyed Joe Mignano's 'Among the Peaks' article 'Hiking Japanfs Second Highest Peak: Mt. Kita-dake'.
I am heading to Japan next October(2019) and would like to do the 2 or 3 day hike. Catching the bus from Kofu to and starting at Hirogawara then ending at Narada. So ideally catching a bus from Narada back to Kofu would be easiest rather than busing back to Hirogawara first. Unfortunately as the bus is not running at the moment the there is no time table to refer to. I could wait until June for it to be published but would like to have some plans made before then.
