Any snow in December in North Kansai?

Hello,
Planning to drive to North Kansai like Tottori, Kinosaki, Amanohashidate, Miyama in December from 1st-14th December?
Is there snow in early December in these areas?
Need to request for snow tires?
Planning to set-off from Kyoto or Osaka.

If there is snow, there will only be snow for like 20-40km of your trip from kobe to tottori, so i would say yes winter tires would be great to have, but if not definitely bring some chains. For more info visit https://www.go-a2b.com/

Very, very unlikely, though I have seen a dusting of snow in Kyoto in mid December.
