Sledging & toboganning in Sapporo or Hokkaido

Firstly, many thanks for taking time to read this -- I genuinely appreciate it.

I'd be very grateful if someone might be able to point me in the right direction in terms of "sledging / toboganning" in or around Sapporo (or, more broadly, in Hokkaido).

Is it actually possible to (a) sledge/toboggan in Hokkaido and (b), if yes, is it also possible to RENT a sledge/toboggan? Basically, I am a Brit who tends to visit the Swiss-German Alps for toboganning, but I was hoping to be able to do the same in Japan -- I am visiting Hokkaido in February 2019.

Any advice at all would be gratefully received.
