Is there meaning of word bukko in Japanese? 2019/1/5 04:30
From what I've found on online dictionaries, one of the meaning is 'death'. Is it the most popular meaning? Other translations were suggesting that it is a Japanese name/surname

It depends, and if you can provide the full context it will become clear.

Do you know how it is written in hiragana? Is it ぶっこ or ぶっこう?

The first one ぶっこ (物故 in kanji) does mean death, but it is a rarely used word.

So perhaps it was "misspelled" form of Bukkō, Bukkô, or Bukkou (which would be ぶっこう in hiragana). They sound very similar.

If it is ぶっこう, it could be the name of a place or a person, or a person who makes tools or artifacts used in Buddhism, or material exchange, etc.. It depends on how it is written in kanji (仏光, 仏向, 仏工, 物交etc.).

You should be talking about ぶっ殺す, bukkorosu, which is a rough expression of "kill".
ぶっ doesn't have any particular meaning and the words that include it is quite limited. The only words coming to my mind is ぶっ飛ばす, beat up, ぶっ飛ぶ, fly away.
