I will go to Biwago in early April 2019. I would like to know some information :-
1. Which is the number of bus from Shiga Station to Biwako Valley and its timetable?
2. Are there the coin locker in Shiga Station?
3. Is there cherry blossom in that time?

The popular places for cherry blossoms seeing near there in Hikone castle and Kaizu-Osaki.
Probably you are talking about Hikone castle which is the east side of lake Biwako.
I suppose it could be good time for the cherry blossoms at Hikone castle
on the beginning in April.
