I plan to buy Donichika, 1 day pass at discounted price JPY 520 for my weekends visit. Should it be bought on the day it's going to be used or could I buy it altogether (tickets for 2 separate days at the same time)?

According to one user report (in Japanese), it can be bought either in advance or on the day of use, from either a vending machine or ticket window. If using vending machine, only cash is accepted. See this link: https://nomad-saving.com/25868/It includes photos and a video.

thanks so much for the info.
it also says, the unused one could be refunded though it doesn't tell how. great info, could save up some time buying all the tix at once
