I'm just wondering if it is possible to submit the nenkin form within Japan or it has to be sent by post from outside Japan?

With gnenkin formh do you mean the form to claim a lump sum from the pension payments after leaving Japan completely?
If thatfs the case, yes , you can submit from
Japan.
