Common places to buy Seiko watch

Hi,
I'm looking for a Seiko watch SBDY021(Prospex "Save the Ocean". I know that I can get this at Yodobashi and Bic Camera in Tokyo. Are there anymore places that people normally go to. Hoping to get the best deal.

Any shopping mall too, but maybe for best prices - online shopping sites, who are only paying for warehouse space, and not retail space too.

sometimes buying from bic camera my be cheaper, go to bic camera in Facebook and download the coupon or with certain credit card, along with tax free, that's 8% and 7% off.
